Keep the database. Change the work around it.

A replacement quote prices a new system of record. Most of the pain is the spreadsheet glue, the screens people avoid, and the human entry between them. Before you fund the replacement, scope the workflows that carry the friction. If the baseline moves, the quote can wait or shrink. If it does not, you spent a milestone.

Who this is for

For

A CFO or operating partner with a replacement quote in hand, who can name the workflows people actually complain about. Often SAP S/4HANA. The same argument fits a NetSuite or Salesforce replacement.

Not for

A buyer who wants a replacement plan from us, a vendor score, or a published percentage of the quote. We will not write the replacement plan. The deliverable is a workflow with a baseline.

What you leave with

The workflows

The few workflows that carry most of the friction, named before the build. Not a map of the whole ERP.

The baseline

A number on labor and cycle time for those workflows, agreed before implementation.

The decision

You still own the replacement decision. This engagement gives you a measured alternative. It does not cancel a program by itself.

First measurable relief is a methodology target of 6–8 weeks, calibrated to a baseline in assessment. It is not a client result. The engagement is designed to end. Your team owns the layer.

The track record behind this line is the founder's prior operating work, not an AIPIVT client result. It is on the Business Process AI page.

Common questions

It is an alternative to treating a rip and replace as the only way to change the work. S/4HANA, NetSuite, or Salesforce can still be the system of record you choose later. This engagement does not install them, and it does not tell you to.

No. We do not publish a percentage of an integrator quote, and we do not print the quote's dollars. Bring the quote to the call if you want it as your comparison. The proposal prices our milestone. The site will not.

First measurable relief on the workflows in scope is a methodology target of 6–8 weeks, calibrated in assessment. It is not a client result, and it is not a claim about the replacement program's calendar.

The quote if you want it in the room, the system you have today, and the workflows you believe are the friction. No access to those workflows means no engagement.

Bring the quote. We will not print it.

The workflows the quote is supposed to fix, and whether we can see them. Thirty minutes.
