Business Process AI

The migration is on a long calendar. The labor cost is on this year's P&L.

Business Process AI puts an orchestration layer on the ERP you already run. It takes the document, reconciliation, and handoff work your team is doing by hand. It does not replace the system of record. First measurable relief is structured for 6–8 weeks, against a baseline set in assessment. That is a methodology target, not a client result.

Four situations. One line.

Pick the one that matches the date on your ERP program. The layer is the same shape. The reason you are allowed to buy it is not.

During the freeze

IT stopped workflow changes until go-live. Operations is still paying for the manual work.

Modernize in place

A replacement quote is in hand. The pain is the work around the database, not the database.

Before cutover

The migration will inherit dirty documents, invoices, and master data unless that work is structured first.

After go-live

The integrator left. Spreadsheets, email, and PDFs are still running the exceptions.

The person who sits in that work is the Forward Deployment Engineer. The four pages above are the moment. The seat is the person.

The system of record stays yours

Where it sits

Beside SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, Salesforce, or the system already in the migration. The layer calls what that system already exposes. It does not become the database.

What it does

Document parsing, reconciliation, and the handoff between the ERP and the mail, the PDF, or the portal your team uses to finish the job.

What happens at go-live

A later milestone can repoint the layer when the new endpoints exist. That milestone is scoped then. It is not a retainer, and it is not part of the first engagement unless you are already live.

Common questions

No. The system of record stays the one you already run, or the one your integrator is installing. We automate the workflow around it. We do not join the implementation program as developers.

First measurable relief is a methodology target of 6–8 weeks, set against a baseline in assessment. It is not a promised client result. A workflow with no volume, or no access to the process, does not fit.

We do not publish a price, and we do not publish a percentage of someone else's quote. The scoping call prices a fixed milestone on the workflows that carry the friction. You already have the replacement number. Bring it if you want it in the comparison. It will not appear on this site.

The freeze page, if IT has stopped workflow changes until go-live. The modernize-in-place page, if a replacement quote is the decision in front of you. The before-cutover page, if the fear is the data you would migrate. The after-go-live page, if the new ERP is live and the exceptions are still manual.

Start from the situation, not from a demo.

Each situation has its own scoping call. Thirty minutes. If none of the four fit, we will say so.
