Business Process AI · During the freeze

IT froze the workflow changes. The manual work did not stop.

Core IT has stopped feature requests until the new ERP is live. Operations is still paying for reconciliation and data entry. We deploy a layer beside the legacy system, on a fixed milestone, so that work moves now. The migration program stays on its dates.

Who this is for

For

A COO or business-unit lead whose workflow backlog is frozen until go-live in 2027 or 2028, and whose team is still keying invoices, reconciling, or retyping between the ERP and a spreadsheet.

Not for

A buyer who wants AIPIVT on the implementation team, writing ABAP or Apex, or taking change requests inside the program. We will not join that program as extra developers.

What you leave with

The layer

Parsing, reconciliation, and handoff running beside the system that is frozen. The system of record does not change.

The baseline

Labor hours and volume on the workflows in scope, written down before the build, so the result has a number.

The owner

A person on your side who can run it after we leave. A later milestone can repoint the layer when the new endpoints exist. That milestone is not this one.

First measurable relief is a methodology target of 6–8 weeks, calibrated to a baseline in assessment. It is not a client result. The engagement is designed to end. Your team owns the layer.

The track record behind this line is the founder's prior operating work, not an AIPIVT client result. It is on the Business Process AI page.

Common questions

It stays off the migration's change list. The layer uses the access the legacy system already has. IT does not take a new workflow tool into the program. If the only way to help you is a change request against the program, we decline.

SAP ECC is the usual frozen system. SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, and Salesforce programs create the same freeze. The page is the freeze, not a vendor. Name the system on the call.

The system of record, the date IT gave you, and one to three workflows that are still manual, with a rough weekly volume. Without access to that process, there is no engagement.

The first engagement ends when your team owns the layer on the current system. Repointing it to the new endpoints is a separate milestone, scoped when those endpoints exist.
