Business Process AI · Before cutover
Cutover fails on the data you bring with you.
Years of invoices, master data, and undocumented exceptions are what break a new ERP. Automating document parsing, reconciliation, and master-data cleanup now means the migration receives structured records and a named exception path. We do not run the cutover.
Who this is for
For
A CIO or head of enterprise applications who can point at the documents, invoices, or master data they are afraid to migrate as-is.
Not for
A buyer who wants AIPIVT to run cutover weekend, sit in the integrator's war room as staff, or certify the data as migration-ready. We clean the work that would otherwise move as files. Your integrator still runs the cutover.
What you leave with
The pipes
Extraction and validation for the documents and records in scope, running before migration starts.
The exceptions
A written path for the cases the model must not guess. Those cases stay with a person.
The owner
Someone on your side who can operate the pipes. The cutover itself stays with your program.
First measurable relief is a methodology target of 6–8 weeks, calibrated to a baseline in assessment. It is not a client result. The engagement is designed to end. Your team owns the layer.
The track record behind this line is the founder's prior operating work, not an AIPIVT client result. It is on the Business Process AI page.
Common questions
No. We structure the workflows that would otherwise be migrated as files and spreadsheets. Loading the new system, the cutover plan, and the war room belong to your program.
The corpus you are afraid of. Typical scope is invoices, master data, and the documents a person currently reads in order to key the ERP. Bring the pile, not a data strategy.
It runs before cutover, on the legacy side. It is not a phase inside the integrator's plan unless you choose to show them the pipes. If you need us inside their plan as staff, we decline.
The cutover window if you have one, the system the data sits in today, and a sample of the dirty work. No access to that work means no engagement.

Documents, invoices, or master data. The cutover date if you have it. Thirty minutes.
