Business Process AI · After go-live
The new ERP is live. The back office is still in spreadsheets.
The system of record can be correct and the work around it can still be manual: email, PDFs, supplier portals, the sheet that handles the exceptions. We build the orchestration from the ERP you just went live on to those edges. The work stays out of the ERP's custom-development queue.
Who this is for
For
A head of operations, typically months after go-live, whose teams quietly went back to Excel and PDFs because the new forms do not reach the real work.
Not for
A buyer who wants the ERP rebuilt, the integrator replaced, or a custom ABAP or Apex program inside the new system. We will not rebuild the ERP. We automate the work the ERP form does not reach.
What you leave with
The edges
A layer from the live ERP to the mail, the PDF, and the portal where the exception actually gets finished.
The baseline
How many of those exceptions are still manual, counted before the build.
The owner
A person on your side who runs the layer after we leave. The ERP remains the system of record.
First measurable relief is a methodology target of 6–8 weeks, calibrated to a baseline in assessment. It is not a client result. The engagement is designed to end. Your team owns the layer.
The track record behind this line is the founder's prior operating work, not an AIPIVT client result. It is on the Business Process AI page.
Common questions
No. The ERP stays the system of record. We do not reopen the implementation, and we do not staff a rebuild. The work in scope is the manual path that survived go-live.
The layer sits on the APIs and exports the live system already has. We do not write ABAP or Apex as the engagement. If the only fix is custom code inside the ERP, we decline.
Long enough that people have a shadow process. Bring the sheet or the mailbox. A program that has not gone live yet belongs on the freeze page or the before-cutover page.
The system you went live on, how long ago, and one exception path that is still manual, with volume. No access to that path means no engagement.
Bring the spreadsheet that survived go-live.
The system, how long it has been live, and the exception path. Thirty minutes.
